Hospitality runs in our family—and has for generations. I myself trained under Michelin-starred chef Heinz Winkler and, even as a young chef, helped organize and experience events.
Today, we run the Fletzinger with the goal of not just renting out spaces, but of creating special experiences—with style, organization, and genuine hospitality.

Our three apartments each feature a separate bedroom with a double bed, a living room, and a private bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a kettle, and all the necessary utensils.
